1. Introduction

The system of telephone board in DongA Bank is the service to support Customer via phone. When customer call the phone number   1900545464, operators  will receive and consult requirements on  Product/ Service, Service Quality of Bank in a  fast, thoughtful and whole- hearted way.

2. Services supplied by telephone board

  • Consulting and answering queries about products- services, promotion programs of DongA Bank .
  • Please implement the followings: Customers (cardholders) are allowed to request Bank to lock card, account, ebanking service temporarily etc  when card/mobile telephone are lost in urgent cases before coming to the bank to supplement all related certified documents.
  • Receiving of comments, complaints from Customers relating  to product - service quality, or service quality of DongA Bank
  • Receiving and solving of difficulties met by customers during making transaction with DongA Bank

3.  Notes for customers when contacting with Telephone board 

  • Bank is allowed to record the call content to the telephone board by customer, in order to improve the service quality or making it as the basis for solving of related complaint/claims ( if any)
  • Information supplied to Bank by Customer will be  kept secret completely.  It is only supplied to the third party when being requested by functional organizations as regulated by State Bank
  • In order to ensure for information supply to the correct account holders. Bank is allowed to request Customer to supply personal information and transaction information relating to the account for verification. Bank will not be responsible  in case that personal information and account information are revealed toothers when those information are supplied to the Bank.
  • Bank does not supply Customer's financial transaction values by telephone board
  • Bank are allowed to refuse for interrupt impolite callings to harass operators.
  • Customer absolutely must not supply PIN code of card, password for using of services supplied by Bank thru Telephone board .
  • Fee for calling to telephone board ( collected by telecom supplier )
    • Fixed telephone    500D/ a minute
    • Mobile telephone: 1.000D/  a minute
