Customers can do transaction with DongA eBanking under 04 following methods:

1. Internet Banking:

Transaction can be carried out through website by:

  • Computer with Internet  connection
  • Mobile phone with connection of GPRS/Wifi/3G (application of DongA Mobile Internet Banking).

2. Mobile Banking:

    Transaction can be carried out by application of DongA Mobile Banking that is installed in mobile phone (downloading of application)

3. SMS Banking:

    Transaction carried out by  message following regulated syntax and sending to number 1900 54 54 64 or 8149

4. Phone Banking:

      Transaction carried out by calling to automatic number 1900 54 54 64
