A. Card transactions at DongA Bank system

1. Card issuance fee	Free of charge
2. Annual fee	50.000 VND/year (*)
3. Minimum account balance	Not required
4. Payment transaction fee	Free of charge
5. Cash withdrawal fee (**)
Withdrawing in the same city/province where card account was opened:
* Main account holder	Free of charge
* Auxiliary account holder
- Below 10 million VND	Free of charge
- Above 10 million VND	0,05%/Total withdrawn amount(maximum 500.000 VND)
Withdrawing in city/province different from where card account as opened:
* Below 10 million VND / time	Free of charge
* Above 10 million VND / ltime	0,05%/Total withdrawn amount(maximum 500.000 VND)
6. Account transfer fee in DongA Bank's system
Transfer into another account of main account holder	Free of charge
Transfer into other individual's account:
* In the same city/province where card account was opened:
- Into card account	Free of charge
- Into other account	4.000 VND
* In city/province different from where card account as opened:	0,05%/Total deposited amount (min 5.000 VND, max 500.000 VND)

8. Overdraft interest rate	As per regulated by DongA Bank for each customer group.
Overdraft interest rate for overdue case	150% of standard overdraft interest rate
9. Card re-issuance fee	50.000 VND/card
10. Re-issuance of transaction receipt fee	5.000 VND/receipt
11. Transaction report sending fee (via post- once every 3 months)	5.000 VND/receipt
12. Printing of detailed transaction report at DongA Bank	2.000 VND/1-month report
13. Report printing of 10 latest transactions via ATM	1.000 VND/time
14. Complaint settlement fee (for unreasonable complains)	10.000 VND/time
