Richland Hill Multi-functional Card



1. Introduction 

Richland Hill Project is the new high-class condominium designed according to New York style. For the first time in Vietnam, Dong A Bank and other investors collaborate to introduce Richland Hill Multi-functional Card, which will bring you opportunities to own your dream flat, plus the latest  information about real estate projects of Thai Thinh Capital Company . 
 

2. Product features and benefits

  • With full product features and benefits of  DongA Bank Multi-function Card.
  • Customers are entitled to opportunities to book and cast lots for buying aparments in Richland Hill Complex.
  • Customers are updated with the latest information about  Richland Hill Project and other projects by Thai Thinh Capital Company . 
 

3. Fees and charges

  • First issuance: Free
  • Re-issuance after expiry date : Free
  • Annual fee: 50,000VND/year ( Paying right after card issuance)
  • Fee for replacement of card due to being lost or damaged by the owner : 50,000 dong/ card
  • Other fees and charges will be applied as shown in Fees for DongA Multi-functional Card  
 

4. Usage regulations:

From the time of card registration until lots casting: Customers shall commit to maintain the daily minimal  balance of 100,000,000 million dong, account balance still belongs to the customers and customers are entitled to non- term interest for account balance ( 0.2%/month).


    After lots casting:

  • Customer wins and registers to buy a flat: The minimal balance of 100,000,000 dong will be blocked by the Bank (with the same benefit interest of 0.2%/ month)

  • Customer not yet casted to buy flat:

    • If customer wants to have priority rights for participation the lots casting in the next Richland Hill projects and other projects by Thai Thinh Capital Company:  Richland Hill card shall be continued for use and maintained with the minimal balance of  100,000,000 dong in debit card (with benefit interest of 0.2%/ month)
    • If customer does not want to continue to participation in Richland Hill project and other projects by Thai Thinh Capital Company: They can do final settlement for Richland Hill card, return it to the bank or change to use DongA Bank Multi-functional card (if necessary), minimal balance of Dong A Bank Multifunction Card is  0 dong.
    • When Customers sign a contract for buy and sale of  flat with Hiep Phu Gia Company: DongA Bank will transfer money from customer's account into Hiep Phu Gia company's account upon receiving written document from the company.
 

5. Registration

  • Fill in  “Card registration and Richland Hill project research form”
  • Picture size 3x4 or 4x6
  • Copy of ID card or Military ID card or Passport (No notarization needed. Original copy needed for comparison)
  • Customer must maintain daily minimal balance of 100,000,000 dong in card account after card is issued.
