DONGA PHONE BANKING – NEW SERVICE, NEW UTILITY
With the goal of incessantly development all utilities for Customer, on 01/11/2010, DongA Bank has officially started a new transaction form of DongA e-Banking - Phone Banking. This is 24/24 automatic reply system helping Customer to make financial transactions easily by fixed telephone. Accordingly, Customer call the switchboard of DongA Bank at 1900545464, then doing as instructed by pressing buttons on phone keyboard to make transactions with DongA Bank at any time.
Through Phone Banking, Customer will easily and quickly check information about their accounts and making financial transactions, but not have to come to the Bank or connect with Internet.
At present, DongA Bank has developed following financial services on Phone Banking:
Credit transfer: Money transfer from Multi-functional card account to Multi-functional card, Credit card, Non-term deposit in VND accounts of Individuals and Enterprise in DongA Bank system.
Purchase of prepaid card: Purchasing the code of cell phone card, pre-paid phone etc.
Electronic charge: Charge of Vcoin and cell phone (VnTopup) Vcash, Silver etc.
In order to use above services, Customer should register in the service of Internet Banking/Phone Banking supplied by DongA e-Banking and be the owner of following accounts:
- Multi-function card issued by DongA Bank (Principal owner)
- Credit card issued by DongA Bank (Principal owner)
- Saving Account
- Payment Deposit Account of Individual and Enterprise.
At the same time, Customer must register for verification solution by Verification Card to verify financial transactions.
In addition, DongA Bank developed the service of information search (exchange rate, deposit interest rate, savings etc) on Phone Banking for every customer (without or with accounts at DongA Bank).
The appearance of Phone Banking has increased and completed the number of transaction forms of DongA e-Banking. Especially, as for Customers, who are not familiar with transactions on cell phone and Internet, Phone Banking is a suitable solution for Customer to make transactions without coming to the Bank. A different point that Phone Banking has brought to Customer is that it is possible to make financial transactions easily and quickly by fixed telephones.
